January 25, 2017, 4:40 pm Same. Have a message on my voicemail, I should not disregard this message, etc.. from IRS. Then I didn't call back, then received a call an hour later from a restricted number, answered and heard men talking with a foreign accent, then they hung up. I had this happen about a year ago and they threaten me, that I will be arrested if I don't pay money to them. I reported that to the real IRS and local law enforcement. That's what I cut, copy and pasted from my visual voice mail, so you can all see how horribly broken Mr. Peter Scott's English is, in the exact copy of the scam message that I received. I wish there was a way to report these scammers to the authorities! I get probably 15 calls per day from scam phone numbers! So annoying! I at least hope that posting on sites like this one will help others, since I don't seem to be able to do much more to stop these scammers! Stay safe everyone!
