May 24, 2016, 5:54 pm Received same voicemail and called back immediately concerned. Then same middle eastern accent said IRS was filing lawsuit against me for under-reporting income over 5 year period. Idiot!!! Said he was officer "Carl Smith" and gave me a badge number "IRM2HOH" and a case ID #. As if there is any middle eastern with that name!!! LOL Told me an officer had attempted to deliver affidavit to my door and I didn't answer and he took a photo of proof that he left it at my door. However this never occurred. What a freaking **************!!!! I hung up on him before there was any mention of monies owed or arrest threats. Do NOT give any information. All they had was my maiden name and address and phone number of course. I too, am going through a lot of health problems right now and I don't need added stress you f*****g scammers! May 25, 2016, 9:29 am I got a call from the IRS saying I owe them $9497.00 back taxes and was to pay in 45 minutes or Id be arrested and freeze all my assets until paid. I was transferred to one ethnic voice to another ethnic voice and couldn't understand either one and voices in the background and the phone line was static at points and the person was silent for several minutes. Scary scam!

May 25, 2016, 1:40 pm I have been repeatedly receiving these messages. I told them that I know this is fraud and the person on the other end told me he wants to lick my pu~sy. I could not believe what I heard. I asked calmly as I put my phone on speaker, if he could repeat what he had said. He repeated it about 3 times and then asked me if he could give me a B.J. and if he could touch my milky breasts. I was going crazy with anger but calmly asked this animal where he was calling from and I asked for a supervisor. He said he was in Washington D.C. He had an accent and I asked if there were someone there that spoke U.S.English. He said he speaks UK English and I said "This is the United States, sir." He then told me "Fuck the United States". I told him since he was employed by the US then he actually did work for ME! He then told me to F()()k myself. I called the number back and the same thing all over. May 27, 2016, 1:49 pm Just got a call from the same area code, same prefix but ending in 3363. Got pretty much the same msg that this was a final notice from IRS, yada yada yada. I knew immediately that it was a scam, as in reality we'd be getting mail threats or served, however you want to intemperate that, by their hired thugs we call police. I refused, as they called me. Also the representative was very hard to understand as she spoke broken english, and loud telemarketing in the background. June 16, 2016, 8:41 am Interesting that the ask is always less than $10,000 which is the transaction threshold amount requiring reporting to the IRS. I was left a message after 5pm Eastern time. If there is one thing I know as a CPA, IRS officials are not at their desk after 5pm! And, not all of them have middle-eastern accents. DON'T every make a payment. The IRS will send you certified mail and will not typically go after the criminal decision before audit unless you are part of a conspiracy to commit fraud or tax evasion (if you are I am glad you are getting these calls too). I told him to GTH, he began getting very vile about his body parts and how they could fit with mine. I insulted his accent and he hung up.
