January 5, 2017, 9:58 pm He asked for "Ricky" and when I said he had the wrong number, he said "well maybe you can help me" then he started in with his bit about being from the donation center. It's a scam, they've done this a few times asking for a fake name and then going into their schpeel. Do NOT give them money. They're not legitimate if they have to use this tactic. January 11, 2017, 9:05 pm Got a call at 8 p.m. on 1/11 asking for the other person of the house. When I said they weren't available, I then asked if there was a message. The man quickly said "There is no message." When I then asked who this was and what this was about, he hung up the phone. I tried calling back several times, and the line was busy. I waited a few more minutes and called back and got a voicemail that offered, "Thank you for calling the fundraising center. No one is able to take your call at this time. For more options, press 9. I did and then selected the "no call" option. Makes you wonder how people get your number, and it makes you wonder how they are able to know your number/name and yet mask their own.
