April 18, 2015, 10:18 pm Some kind of scam loan company. They offered me a loan without the need for approval and wanted money payments to secure the loan and begin transferring it. I have heard of these scams before. They make you pay them with green dot cards and then keep you waiting forever for a loan payment that never comes. It's all lies. May 12, 2015, 1:50 am I got a loan from Loan Max a few years ago and soon after I started getting these calls for approved payday loans. I never applied for any loans after I got the Loan Max loan years ago. Loan Max must have sold my information to outside companies or scammers got a hold of my information somehow (stolen??). June 4, 2015, 5:04 am I am getting calls from this number claiming that I pre-approved for a payday loan. I never applied for any loans and have no idea how my number was made available to these scammers. From my research it appears these types of pre-approved loan calls are illegal to make. You can't make them over the phone. You need to be a licensed financial institution with a physical address. Be careful Caller Company: payday loans Caller Type: Scammer/Phisher

June 25, 2015, 2:32 pm when calling this bogus number back I reached a machine that said hello a couple of times, then "Julia" welcomed me from pay day loan corporation. At the end of her message - I could press a number to get more info, but most importantly, I could press 9 to no longer receive their calls. August 29, 2015, 4:41 pm Calls for payday loan offers. Generally these calls are illegal. I believe you need a physical store location to give people loans as well as needing a lender's license.
