Automated call about lowering credit card interest rates. A big national fraud.

callback leads to "number not valid". You can see from the digits that this is not a valid exchange number. These scammers are particularly stupid because they are giving themselves away from the spoofed caller ID number that they picked.

Recieved random calls and as soon as I pick up phone there is silence and then the connection is broken. Very annoying.
