December 16, 2016, 5:50 pm these people call up tp 15 times a day.They claim to be from your anti virus company.doesnt matter what you have,they work for them all,LOL.They want you to change your laptop settings which of course lets them in to steal info or hold your system hostage.They have a indian accent and are probably part of the yahoo break in which just got reported after 3 yrs.UNBELIEVABLE we have no recourse or protection from this. January 23, 2017, 4:16 pm Yep they have been calling for the last 2 weeks at least. They say they are from Panda Security (AntiVirus/Computer protection software). Funny thing was, with the first call, they almost had me as I had been having issues with some new software and they say my Panda is not working properly and they need to fix it by directing me to do certain things, which they will tell me, to my computer. 'Sounded suspicious, so I asked them for my Panda account number. 'Soon as they gave me a wrong number, I hung up. God knows what they would extract from my computer -- or yours. January 24, 2017, 8:33 pm I receive numerous calls from this number daily. I've asked them to remove my name from their calling list, but they continue to call. They say they're from Panda Security & that I have a virus on my computer. They want access to my computer so they can fix it. I've told them I don't have a computer, nor do I have Panda. January 25, 2017, 11:06 am I knew it was a scam from the get go. Panda will send you an email and never ask you, unless you call them, to have you give them access to your computer. I called Panda weeks ago about this just to be sure and as of then they didn't know about this scam, but she was going to let them know. I get other New Jersey numbers, 3 of those, unrestricted and now this one. Every time I block they get a new one. I've even blocked anonymous calls and I still get them, 5-6 times a day. When I said at the beginning that I will call Panda personally, after they couldn't talk me into giving them access to my computer, he got nasty saying fine, call them,eh, I mean us then and hung up.
