Dead giveaway hoping you will just assume they are you card company. This scam is known to bill people $495 dollars immediately after getting your card. They bill you hundreds of dollars after phishing your credit card number with a low interest rate scam. They don't care about anything accept phishing your card # and billing you a large amount as soon as they are finished. Foreign location most likely. Very rich scammer as they don't get caught.
