December 4, 2014, 2:41 pm I got an automated message telling that they had an important message for me. I ended up hanging up and call the 888-326-1103 number back. A female voice said "CBV Collections" when they answered. When I asked about why i was getting calls she asked me for my phone number, but I hung up. Caller Company: CBV Caller Type: Debt Collector

January 19, 2015, 2:01 pm I received a threatening phone call for a debt that was over 15 years old. When I explained that I never recieved a bill and that the bill is past the statue of limitations they started yelling at me about moral obligations and threatening a judgement against me. November 28, 2015, 4:00 pm These jerk called us at all hours. 7am to midnight, 9 times in one day and never left a message. If they are so up on morals and law, they would know that they broke 2 in a single 24hr period. It doesn't matter what their opinion is of why the payments stopped. The Judges opinion in this particular case will in fact. The only thing is, the will be the ones with their checkbook out. Their view of morality is what needs to be examined and it's probably not a good idea to take every collection accou that comes through the door. Looking at who you are collecting for might be something they would want to update. Deception will never keep its footing in our home. Caller Type: Debt Collector |
