July 16, 2013, 3:04 pm They called me saying they were from a legal department and had legal allegations against my name regarding a cash advance payday loan. They said they were from US cash loan but I never took a loan from that group. They threatened to contact my employer and to issue a warrant to have me arrested. July 25, 2013, 2:30 pm I received a call from these guys today; I have received many from the same people in the past two years; they actually stopped for awhile, but it looks like they've started up again.Total scum; always indian accent. The first time I called them back, and was told I would be taken to court, arrested, etc. I told him I hadn't seen any documents taking me to court. They know the last four of your social security number usually; they may even know who you have had business dealings with. I did have payday loans, and I think they knew that, and so I became great prey. I never bother to talk to them; if I wasn't in my office though where people could hear me, I would be tempted to blast a good whistle in their ears! August 2, 2013, 12:20 pm Same indian accent;same MO! left vm at my job. I spoke to them and told them to stop calling my job. They apparently didn't like how I spoke to them and decided to call back 20-30 times. Someone from my job spoke to them re: harassment and being a scammer they admitted to trying to scam me!
