I don't take out payday loans and certainly will not be acknowledging this ridiculous fake accusation of owing money. These people are clearly some kind of criminal organization and don't care about anything except using fear to extort you out of money you don't owe. November 29, 2013, 12:44 pm THese scammers are threatening me with arrest and court for a debt I don't owe. Said I owed $480 and that needed to may them immediately or I would be arrested or served litigation papers to start a lawsuit right away. Gave me a fake ref# and said to call them back in 48 hours or else. No payday loans or other types of loans have been taken out in my household so I will not respond to this false request. March 5, 2015, 9:43 am The caller claimed to be from the company "US CASH ADVANCE" and told me I had an old payday loan that was never paid back in the amount of $587 which to me sounded outrageous. Not to sound arrogant, but I'm quite wealthy so I see how this could ever be possible unless someone is taking out loans in my name illegally. December 8, 2015, 7:37 pm Fake debt collection scam. They call themselves "US CASH ADVANCE" and they said I will be charged with check fraud if I don't start making payments to them for an old payday loan. I"ve never taken a payday loan before in my life so this is a shock to me. Not surprised as I find I am getting more and more scams on my phone now.
