Received an automated call from this 900 number, but this isn't the actual number, it's just how it appears in my screen. They call directly to voicemail of T-mobile and leave commercial messages, in this case selling health insurance. They provided 6572307525 as the number to call if you want to buy health insurance, I tried the number and an operator responds, it's clearly a call center to sell health insurance.
Of course my number is in the do not call registry, but this is how they circumvent the law. By the way, time of the voicemail ?: 5:48 PST

I received the same call from the 900 number and also on do not call list. Strange thing, my phone never rang or appear in my call list, but it created voice mail. Going to call my provider.

Got this on T-Mobile voicemail, even though my T-Mobile voicemail forwards to Google Voice and I should (and haven't) never, ever get T-Mobile voicemail. There is no way they could have left this voicemail without help from inside.

Got a voicemail, not a call from this number. "Scott from the warranty department at auto protection concerning the factory warranty on my 2013 Nissan is set to expire".

I don't even have a car.

It sounded very realistic personable, like if it was actually a salesperson, but I could tell that it was an automated message.

It then asked to call back at a different, 1-800 number..

yep, T-Mobile as well - was just looking at health insurance online yesterday, although I haven't listened to the voice mail (and won't) I'm going to assume from these comments - that it's about health insurance.

and no incoming call was recorded on my phone (and the phone didn't ring) - just a voice message left.

Like the others, it went straight to my voicemail. It was around 1am when my phone vibrated, so I thought it was just an email, but instead it was this. I listened to the 51 second message but it was just a dial tone, nothing else.

"Eric at Merchant Careers" .... left a number to call to join a webinar about the "job they are offering" me and a web site to register for the online webinar Very long message. I, too, am a T-Mobile customer, and like the other, the call went straight to voicemail. Phone did not ring. Got the number from the envelope information. Whole thing screams scam.

Same as Nikki (April 26 2016), claims to be Eric from Merchant Carreers with information about a job oportunity. Asks to call back on (888) 517-1511 or register online at www.ramopp.com. Personally I'm doing neither.

This was on T-Mobile's voicemail service.

I have Tmobile and just got this voicemail without the phone ringing...repeated itself several times Merchant careers too, wanting me to register for a webinar! Not right for it to go straight to my voicemail as hard to block that way!

Elaborate solicitation for work. Went to www.ramopp.com to sign up for webinar and only found this. If its a scam they have not gotten anything from me except some wasted time. I too have T-Mobile.

Got inundated with calls from this number asking about my time in hospital (which I hadn't been too). I guess they where trying to get health insurance details, I did not listen to the rest.
But they 'hacked' my voicemail, every time I called it I got a message saying: 'please leave your message for XXX-XXX-XXXX (different number) after the tone.' and could not access my voicemail.
If this happens to you contact your network provider and they can 'reset' your voicemail for you in a matter of minutes. Annoying but a quick fix.

Very strange. I'm a T-Mobile customer as well. My phone didn't ring either, but just got a voicemail from this #. A man by the name of Billy told me to call him back to help my business get on the front page of google and build an app. Scam.

T mobile customer as well, I received this VM, I thought it was especially odd because my phones calls are forwarded to another number, automated recording talks about student loan forgiveness or some crap like that. Very disturbing how it bypassed everything and left a vm
