I asked him what they were and all he could tell me is "You know what they are" I said no please tell me. He just continued to tell me I knew what he was talking about. July 14, 2016, 11:13 pm Phahahahaha. They have been calling me for a week. Leaving messages saying I was under investigation by the IRS. I finally answered and listened to the guys whole spill. When he was don't and was asking me for money. I informed him I had contacted the IRS, the real IRS and I am not under investigation and I have contacted the local police and reported the number he is calling from. I know they are frauds and this is a scam. Phahahahaha. This guy lost it. He start yelling "FUCK YOU", "FUCK YOUR SON" repeatedly. I then said I thought this call was being recorded, he continued saying "FUCK YOU, FUCK YOUR SON". I guess he really got pissed off when I start laughing at him. July 15, 2016, 12:25 pm Got the same "IRS Lawsuit" call today. Blocked the number. Scammers do this because somewhere along the way - a vulnerable person will pay the cash. So sad. NOTE: The IRS prefers written correspondence so they can prove that you were put on notice of outstanding debt. Random calls are never used by the IRS. They'll send LOTS of letters for sure. July 15, 2016, 4:22 pm I just received a voicemail from this number along with the same criminal case # CF93271 as some of you have received. The automated message was from Daniel Wiseman. I called the number back because I was scared I had done something wrong on my taxes. The guy was difficult to understand and he told me that I had received 2 letters regarding this issue. When I said "what letters" he said you know all about this and when I said "No I don't and I had not received any letters, the call suddenly ended. Thank you guys for posting this stuff. You can't help but feeling guilty when something like this happens, even though you haven't done anything wrong intentionally.

Officer Daniel Wiseman has been calling me numerous times over the past several months telling me that a lawsuit has been filed against me and I need to pay money or my lawyer needs to call me or I will be taken to jail blah blah blah. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS. He cannot give you any valid information he cannot give you any legal documentation about this lawsuit that he claims is filed against me this is absolutely ridiculous and absurd. When I asked him for legitimate legal information from the IRS he cannot produce it. I have called the IRS about this and I cannot get ahold of anyone that can say that he is legit. July 20, 2016, 11:45 am I just received the robo call voicemail that was half cut off, telling me to call or that I would be going to jail. When I called, a person answered "US Treasury." I told him that he was a scammer and that he should go to jail. He hung up. I called back saying "don't you hang up on me!" and he said he was a detective, and pretended to not understand ("What are you talking about?"
