May 28, 2016, 9:15 am Received 2 Automated mssgs from Officer Daniel Wiseman calling from legal dep. from the IRS. Said in reference to criminal lawsuit filled against me & if he didn't hear from me or my attorney he could only wish me good luck as the situation unfolds on me. I called back & a man answered. May 29, 2016, 12:53 pm I got the same message but did not call. I thought I would do a reverse number lookup first. My ex-wife got me in trouble with the IRS and this got me a little nervous, but I'm now and free and clear and realized that this is a "Bull-Shit Scam"!!! I don't know what this person wants but best guess is they want you to call back so they can get a positive hit on your phone (cell) then they can track your calls, steal your information right off your phone and possibly identity theft. May 31, 2016, 2:42 pm I got the same message once at 7:32AM and again at 9:32AM. The IRS does not call anyone if they need to contact you they do it via certified USPS mail. June 1, 2016, 11:39 am I had just received a call from that same number. The recorded message is that "The IRS is filing criminal charges against you". I called a company that did my taxes for me this year. June 1, 2016, 5:37 pm Got this call twice today. I answered to just see what they wanted. Very hard to understand the male on the phone. He told me there was a problem with my tax return. I told him I got a refund and there was no problem. He then asked if I was involved in any court action. This didn't make sence to me. The rest of the conversation I just couldn't understand him. June 2, 2016, 12:02 pm Same as the above. He indicate he was sending an Agent to my address. Which is had to look up the complete address which took him 4 mins. I told him in a very soft tone. Go F--- yourself. He asked how was he going to complete this. Clearly he did not have a command of the English Language, so I told him to get the assistance of person next to him, and bend over. June 2, 2016, 12:52 pm I received this same call and spill. The person said that I had been audited from 2009 to 2014 and I had committed fraud on my tax returns. That I owed $3595 in back taxes and they were going to seize my property and send me to jail for 7 years if I didn't pay half right now and set up a payment arrangement today. I refused to pay and called the IRS. If you get this call please report it to the IRS. Do not give them any information and don't give them money. Total scam. June 25, 2016, 8:59 pm I got the same call and the same thing happened, i called back from another persons phone and when they answered there was an Indian guy on the other end and said that the IRS agents was on the way to my house and unless i payed now i was going to jail for a long long time. These people are stupid idiots and need to be dealt with accordingly! If anyone finds them, get a hold of me and we can take them into the backwoods and then............
