March 27, 2017, 6:50 pm I got three calls from this number today and spoke to them twice, which makes the second call even more puzzling. The callers claimed to be calling from "US federal agencies." The first one said US Department of Health, and the second one did not specify which agency. Both of them told me that the government wanted to give me $9,000 in grants, which I won't have to pay back. Knowing about our budget cuts and having worked in the business of getting federal grants, I told them their calls are scams. The callers hung up without further comment. March 29, 2017, 8:08 pm Called me twice today - I picked up the second call and let it go on for a while. In broken English he asked me to write down a phone # and confirm # to claim my grant.
