May 17, 2016, 2:28 pm 254-433-5126 I got the same call stating irs was filing lawsuit against me. I missed the first call. I called back went to voicemail, later same day got a call back and said I needed to talk to someone that spoke good English and they hung up. Called them back they answered I mentioned why I called and they hung up again... From the looks of all is it looks like some sort of scam Caller Company: 2544335126

May 17, 2016, 6:40 pm They left a message. I called back same number and after ringing several times (no receptionist or voice system), was answered by a "senior IRS official." He said IRS was filing a lawsuit against me for $6K in back taxes from 2009-14 and that they had sent me two notices (had not received anything). Repeatedly said call was being recorded and that I had 90 minutes to pay partial or a sheriff would be at my door. Asked me how much could I pay. The more questions I asked him, the more rude and pushy he became. He was very unprofessional, asked personal questions (i'm getting divorced - he asked me "do you still love him) and asked if they should sue my ex. When I asked for documentation, he said it wasn't available because they had already sent notices and the documentation was at the federal building. He said if I hung up that that would mean I would not pay the taxes and the sheriff would be at my door within 90 minutes - and where would I be. He was very accusatory calling me a liar. I put it on speaker so other people could hear - when I did that, he became silent. I hung up. Just got another call from them...... Beware - they are VERY good at making everything sound plausible and bullying and intimidating. I did not give them any personal information. Caller Company: IRS Caller Type: Scammer/Phisher

They were going to file a lawsuit against me & I needed to call this number back immediately! I didn't! I googled it & here I am! Thugs! I don't owe the IRS Anything! They usually owe me! May 18, 2016, 11:01 am Received many calls from this ph # over a period of time. My calls are all screened so If the ph# is not familiar I don't answer. It is very obvious that this is a scam call and I'm very disgusted with the company that gives these scammers the set up to make these kind of bothersome calls. It's about time for the Fed to become involved and either have the phone co pay a large fine or shut these scammers down because all of this is fraudulent. May 18, 2016, 12:50 pm Same as everyone else. I also believe the same group has a los Angeles Ca number also 213-289-3862. Same message was left from that number. They moved from California to Texas. if the IRS wants to contact you they will most likely send a registered letter to your house. Caller Type: Scammer/Phisher

May 18, 2016, 12:53 pm Being in Law Enforcement my BS was on high alert. I began to throw serious question at Agent Jeff Johnson who had a thick middle eastern accent. I pissed him off cause I knew it was a scam, and he hung up. I called back and got VM. I did report the Eastland, Texas number to the IRS as a scam. Nice try though. When I called back a gentleman or I should say shadyman with thick middle eastern accent answered, after asking my questions he gave a hesitant and unclear answer that strayed away from the topic, I knew right then and there this was a scam.
