July 4, 2015, 3:56 am This is Kohls credit card for the store. You probably owe a payment. I did. Legit concern and I have immediately made my payment. They do this sometimes if my payments are late or missed. I get them calling a few times a year. Paid now so hopefully the calls will stop. They don't always immediately do. July 15, 2015, 4:43 pm Real caller from Kohl's and the claims they made about be being behind on my account are true. All settled now. I've had this kind of call from Kohl's before a few months ago. August 19, 2015, 10:00 am This is a debt collection call from Kohl's and they said they I had an account that was past due...so it's a bill payment reminder call. I then chose to go pay the bill as requested through my online checking account. I then call them back to use the automated system to check the payment and they said it was received. August 31, 2015, 12:51 am This was Kohls and they were calling to tell me that someone had hacked and account and made purchased online in my name. Had to prove it wasn't me and everything is fine. They are correcting it now. Real call and best to pick it up just in case. Either way I don't think they usually bother people for no reason with this number. November 11, 2016, 1:18 pm I have been receiving 2-3 calls per day from this number over the past few days - I do not answer #s I don't recognise, they left voicemails that were "blank". I DO NOT HAVE A KOHL's CHARGE - only a Rewards card. I found this forum & followed the recommendation to call the cust. Service# on card & spoke to Kohl's credit dept. They pulled up the acct using my phone number & it was someone named "George". My main concern was that someone had "stolen my identy" so I also requested they check the last 4 digits of my SS# - though she did not give me their info, she was able to confirm it was not mine. Either someone intentionally put a false phone# & it just happened to be mine OR their number was accidentally entered incorrectly. The cust servive rep made note on that account the phone number is incorrect - hopefully, the calls will stop... I also recommend you CALL THE KOHL's CUST. SERVICE # ON YOUR CARD...
