September 21, 2015, 12:07 am I got a call from "Com Ed" about getting additional savings on my bill for speedy early payments. The automated message was telling me to press 1 to discuss this offer and see if I am eligable. I hung up instead. No idea who Com Ed is. Best of luck to everyone reading this!!
