November 30, 2014, 2:11 pm Fraud cases pending against me they said. Summons to my home or work in about to happen. Won't tell me anything other than I owe money on an old credit card and demanded payment. Never bothered to send me papers to notify me of the old debt which is from 7 years ago they claim. I don't think I legally need to talk to these people if it's legit as the statute of limitations prevents people from being harassed over old debts for too long of a period of time. February 8, 2015, 12:49 am I was told that I was about to be served two court summons at my home or workplace. They said I needed to contact them immediately. I stupidly did and fell for their lies and now I'm ripped off for my hard earned money. I had to call my credit card company to cancel the transaction and card to try to stop this. They want money from me with no official documents having been sent to me yet. I asked them who the credit card company was that was after the money and the card was one I don't have.
