Often times these scammers pretend to love you and tell you that they are sending you jewelry and then say they can't afford the shipping and insurance to send it so you will pay for it willingly. November 3, 2014, 2:09 pm Goes by Alex Gordon. You can google/FB him. Very good looking. Pics include office, sitting w/ view of ocean behind him, sweat pants, swim shorts. First FB site said grad from Univ of New Hampshire, next site grad from Univ of Manchester & latest as of Oct 30, 2014 grad from Oxford Univ. supposedly divorced, 12 yr old son lives in Liverpool w/ his 69 yr old mum. He is an only child almost 50 yrs old. Wants relationship. Very fast in love then wants marriage. Sent pics w/ office mate, pic w/ friends & w/ mum. Goes to church every Sun. Plays football & badminton. Lives in Newcastle UK. Recently given a contract in Malaysia. Has never asked for money or favors. Will come to US & meet me after Malaysia job then take me to UK to meet his mum. Has called me every day. No British accent. I told him he sounds like an African & he got insulted. September 18, 2015, 3:39 pm This scammer uses the name "Gwann Nikola Alwigi" Say's he lives in the UK/England and from Malta. Claims to be widowed with 2 kids. Says he's an only child and his late wife was orphaned. Father died a number of years ago. Claims to be an architect currently working on a contract deal--then after the deal coming to meet me in person. Falls in love after not even 2 weeks. At first I was falling for it, but my radar was ALWAYS up. I also had a 6th sense that something was not right about this guy--it really was too good to be true..being swept off your feet. Paints a nice picture to hook unsuspecting women. Complete $&#*&! In the back of my mind I was always waiting for him to ask me for money and I vowed to myself that I would have no part of it. He called me from a UK number which I will spell out (four, four, seven, nine, three, five, five, four, three, eight, two, five) Then within minutes of that phone call sent a text from US phone number area code three, six, zero - two, three, four - two, three, eight, three.). November 25, 2015, 1:20 pm GWANN NIKOLA ALWIGI 216 586 6895 PARMA CITY/CLEVLAND OHIO [email protected] BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE Claims to be and Architect, from Malta, studied in Malta University but not on graduation rooster, an only child, his father deceased and his mother in a nursing home with partial paralysis from a stroke, widower of 4 years and that she died from the lung cancer disease, 2 children ages 16 and 21. Son, Louis in Business college, Daughter, Jessie in high school wanting to become a nurse. Claims his deceased wife was from England and was a school teacher. The family moved to United States 5 years ago which doesn't make sense if she was so deathly sick. His Facebook profile is empty how ever all his friends are females. I have seen 2 pictures of him and 2 children and they are about 4 years difference from what I can tell. This person can be found with profiles on: (I wonder if the LINKEDIN and FACEBOOK profile is the one used by the scammer) PLENTY OF FISH G Mail addresses Will approach women quickly and want to e-mail instead of using site chat windows. Next he will want to speak with you via texting and phone calls. He eventually becomes unavailable Friday, Saturday and Sundays. Claims to be Christian and but has no specific denomination. His accent is very thick and mono toned. He repeats himself often weather it be in emails or talking on the phone. At times it is as if he has a script to read from and excessively repeats word for word and his emails will be word for word of that same script. He claimed to be flying to SINGAPORE to order materials for his project to be shipped to US within 3 to 4 weeks (December 2015) with the project to begin on Davey's Bridge, (which I googled and it was completed in 2013). He then was to fly to meet me from SINGAPORE.
