October 7, 2014, 5:35 pm Called @ 12:01 PM yesterday, left a voicemail about our debit card being locked. Pressing "1" would transfer you to their "Assistance Center". Other online posts read that the "Assistance Center" requests that you enter your debit card number for "verification". This has "scam" written all over it... January 3, 2015, 9:38 am I got a call from someone who told me that my account had been locked and that I should press 1 to speak to someone about unlocking it. They wanted me to enter in my 16 digit number. Instead I choose to hang up and call them back and I got a vacation promotion department voicemail message. Very suspicious caller. February 13, 2015, 8:35 am Someone called to inform me about a security breach on my credit card and that it had been deactivated. Told me to press 1 to speak to the security department. Weird part is if you call the number back you get a message that says "Welcome to the vacation promotion department." Phishy stuff going on here.
