They said they were from the US Grant office and had a $9200 grant available for me and all I needed to do was pay them a small fee to collect the grant. This is all a big scam. They sounded Indian and most calls dealing with money or tech support are scams if they have Indian accents because India has a big problem with criminals using internet tech to make calls for these scams. They offer the grant which the real grant office has publicly stated is not real. The real grant office doesn't offer random people big $9000 grants for no reason. They are actually just rying to phish your credit card and bill you as soon as you hang up and they take your card number.
