They sound young and get angry and rude if you question their legitimacy. They try to convince you to allow them to have remote access and that common windows errors are perfect proof of the virus infection. They are not from Microsoft and they will only try to sell you technical support contracts after a very misleading sales pitch to fix a fake virus infection. He said that my computer has been compromised probably by some link I clicked on while browsing the internet. I asked him to specify the computer name, and he continued to say that my computer had a virus in broken English. The second time I asked him to identify the computer name, he hung up. July 5, 2016, 5:48 pm they called me today - when you try to call back they play a soundboard recording to make you think you have reached a number that has been disconnected, but nope! they are sitting there listening to you tell them to stop calling while they play the fake soundboard recording. Call them from a blocked number as often as possible in all hours of the day and night to keep them as busy with bulls**t as they keep their unsuspecting victims out of money. Get creative! They are there and they deserve what they get.
