August 15, 2013, 5:25 pm I got a call from the number 616-980-2063. The name on the caller ID says TN Removal Systems. The message said it was for a Financial Stimulas and this will be their final notice to me. I just bet that they will keep calling me. If they did have a valid/true reason for calling me, then why don't they just come out and say it instead of dancing around. August 29, 2013, 2:12 pm I received a call from 616-980-2063, not the first call from Grand Rapids Michigan. TN as a pre-fix on Ph.# I have told this company, many times. I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST. When I speak to a human, I am told they will take me off from their list. Now on 8-28-13 @ 5:36 p.m. TN Removal Systems called. Pressed one guys Voice I said stop harrassing me. He said shutttttt uuuppppp twice with a long streched out tone. I feel they should be investigated for bad Business Practices. September 11, 2013, 4:32 pm / This number (616-980-2063) has been calling my home phone for months, twice a day typically on business days. / Whether I press "1" to agree to their offer or not, they hang up on me. / Today I got someone on the phone, which is how I got the confirmation that it is Credit Mgmt Associates. / But the girl hung up on me as soon as I asked for a supervisor. And she had no ability to remove my number, though it's nice that she emphathised with my plight. / When you call 616-980-2063, you do get an option to have your number removed from their system, but they grab the number you called on and then disconnect the line. You don't get to enter it. And I cannot call from my local-only home phone. / You also get an option to speak to a rep, but it always goes to voicemail. I left my home phone information and my intentions. I also made it clear that I will turn this over to the Attorney General in both Michigan and Texas if a single call is received after a month has passed. / I spoke with a few other companies acronym'd "CMA". They used their collections dept resources to confirm that Bank Card Services (as it appears on the caller ID) is a shady harasser. This company is the most incessant robot caller I have ever dealt with. Do not make the mistake of hoping they will go away. They won't. You will have to take some kind of action. I have everything documented and I look forward to submitting this to the Attorney General if they bother me again beyond the window I have afforded them. This unethical so called company has been calling over and over for over a year. I hang up. I have turned them in many times to the DO NOT CALL since I am registered. September 19, 2013, 11:38 am Here is their message on the machine: "... set the terms, conditions and associated changes before the next billing cycle. Again, this is your final [??!?!??] notice as it relates to the financial stimulus. So press "1" now to take advantage of this today." They left a phone message to say this. Even if they are scammers, they are very stupid scammers. I have heard this message at least 1/2 dozen times in recent months, finally taking the time to report this because it annoys me so much. I plan to report this phone number to whatever regulatory agency is supposed to police this, after I post this message on every web site for reporting spam calls I can find. Wish I could call the actress who recorded this script at home every few weeks and leave her an insanely annoying message as a token of my appreciation for her "work." September 21, 2013, 11:01 am This is a totally wrong way to run a business...They called yesterday...did get to tell someone I had reported them yesterday to the Do Not Call list...before they hung up on me...Someone named Joshua just called, I told him I was pissed and when he asked why, I told him about my reporting them and that I wanted my name off their list.
