A legit call as I have to reset my password due to billing issues and account problems after AT&T bought direct tv. I have both services from both companies and then they merged to put it all under one account. Now I have billing issues. This is a pain in my butt. No password have been sent to me with this number like other people so it seems to be a legit AT&T call for multiple purposes. I do have an account with them and did require account password changes also due to billing and account merging issues with DirectTV. Not a happy customer right now and am considering changing tv providers and internet providers if the double billing issues aren't fixed. I've done multiple password resets, spent hours on the phone and nothing fixes it. This is pathetic. Your technicians are always so patient and I always wonder how they stand working under these circumstances. I had planned to add programs and internet but it's too much of a hassle. 
	                                                                
                                                                                Annoyed  December 6, 2016, 4:26 pm I received a call mid class (as I am a student) and they left a message saying AT&T wants to check up with my phone service. Funny, because my carrier is Sprint. I called back and an automated voice told me answer his questions in complete sentences, I could hear awkward pauses of silence and typing. They then sent me to someone else I could barely hear because of the back ground noise. Once I realized there was also whispering, assuming of what to say because of the timing of that whispering, I hung up. They are possibly a complete fake. Bizarre.
