July 22, 2014, 1:24 pm was very persistent that my computer was spamming people and i was causing other people issues. got mad when i told him i actually didnt care what my computer was doing because its on its last legs anyways. i told him i couldnt understand what he was saying (man of middle eastern tongue) and hung up. October 3, 2014, 10:31 am Fake Microsoft tech support scammers from India. A big problem now in the US. These people I believe truly want to sell you a fake membership, not hack you. They pretend to fix your computer so you'll trust them and then want to sell you a fake 9 year support membership for hundreds of dollars. The FTC has come down hard on these guys in the past and required refunds. But they keep doing it because it makes too much money. Caller Company: fake tech Caller Type: Scammer/Phisher

November 25, 2014, 3:22 pm Got another call today stating that Microsoft tech's had detected error reports sending info on viruses, and/or malware coming from my computer. I told him (Tom?) that I didn't have a computer. He said "We show that you have computer with Microsoft." I told him again that I didn't have a computer and there must be some false info given to him. THEN I HUNG UP! Caller Company: "Tom"? Caller Type: Unknown

October 4, 2015, 10:59 am I got a call from this as hole but didn't answer the first time. Then I got again the same call on the next day but he hung up quickly. This number has also another hidden number and that is " 016178882634" I tried to call him using public phone and I received the following answer "this number is temporarily not working". December 3, 2015, 11:42 am Just received a call from an unavailable name and number. Caller spoke with an Indian accent. Said he wanted to fix my computer problem. I asked which computer he was referring to as there are a few in the house. He said it didn't matter as they are all connected through the same internet provider. He instructed me to go to any of the computers in the house. When asked he reluctantly stated he was calling from P.C. Tech Support, that the company tel number is 1-800-313-0000, and that he was presently in Florida. He assured he would not be asking for any information from the computer and didn't plan to sell anything. He was unable to explain exactly why he was calling and said he would let me speak to his superior. The superior also spoke with an Indian accent. When asked about the company, he said he would need my information first, then hesitantly stated he works for P.C. Help Support, that the tel number is 1-800-313-7009, and that they are presently in California. When asked he said the company website is "www.pchelpsupport" and then hung up. Caller Company: P.C.
