Very rude if you demand this information from them which is often a sign that you are dealing a criminal. Criminals don't follow the ftc rules and like to keep it quit while they try to trick you into paying them as quickly as they can, often with fear. March 24, 2014, 9:53 am Call was to verify persona info. Refused to co-opeerate with my questions as previous comment suggested. I wouldn't offer any help to people calling about debts over the phone as it's always best to get something in writing that can be legally taken to a lawyer so legal process can take place. you can't just call people up and start demanding money out of nowhere.
