April 24, 2015, 10:45 pm A debt collection company for various shipping companies. In my case I refused to pay a cross border fee to fedex after paying a really expensive international shipping cost. Fee should have been included, but obviously FedEx has a different view. I find these shipping companies are turning into big scams with their cross border agent fees. Ridiculously too high. May 6, 2015, 12:34 pm A debt collection call. Could be for shipping as I always ignore the letters the shipping companies send me. They always get written off. I must have ignored 5 or 6 shipping company bills that I felt were unfair and they always go to a debt collection agency, which is most often impotent to do anything except send you letters or call you and ask nicely. Just keep ignoring them and they'll write you off and forget you. No bad credit problems. Just losers you don't have to pay. Caller Company: Synter Resource Group Caller Type: Debt Collector

June 10, 2015, 5:55 am This is a debt collection agency called Synter and they have a website at: http://www.synterresource.com/ I recommend you pay the shipping fees when the delivery guy comes or when they bill comes in the mail because you get these calls for a while after.
