Idiot verizon techs keep calling me about going over my account. Keep telling them to stop calling me. Had to block their texts for upgrade, apparently I have to block their calls now too. I'm one of those rare customers that has unlimited data and is no longer under contract, so they've been relentless in calling me to upgrade and I have to keep telling them to leave me alone. No idea if their really verizon, but they claim they are from there wanting to get you to upgrade.

I too have unlimited everything and am no longer under contract. They keep wanting me to upgrade as well. They do not have an android phone that is similar to the one I have so I do not want to upgrade. If and when they do come up with a phone that I like I will pay full price for it so as not to have to enter into a contract.

I didn't answer, but reading these, I'm sure it was Verizon trying to get me to upgrade or change my plan. We have two Samsung Fascinates on our account, and it is the best overall android phone available still (until they push out the S3 or S4 minis). I don't want a "Zach Morris" cell phone. We also have unlimited data. Everytime they try to get us to change our plan, they start talking about "Share Everything" and I ask: "can we share our unlimited data?". When they inevitably answer no; I ask them what on earth they could possibly offer that is better... We'll keep this unlimited data until they try to force us out of it. Then we'll switch to another carrier.

Same here. I have the old unlimited data program and I am off contract. If you in the same situation DON'T WAST YOUR TIME and DO NOT pick up! They will be trying to persuade you to change your plan so you will loose your unlimited data! Nice try Verizon!

They offered me an upgrade for .99 cents and a reduction of $7.00 on my bill each month. However, there is a contract for 3 years, but I have always been with them and don't plan to change. I also am retired from Verizon several years ago. I just needed to verify that it was truly Verizon.
