March 11, 2016, 6:48 pm These people keep calling to inform me of an issue with my Citi card. The only problem here is that I don't have a Citi card! As others on this page have said, they call numerous times on a daily basis (both my house phone and cell phone) and never leave a message. Also, they seem to have recognizable patterns, calling each phone (since they have my cell and house numbers) at approximately the same times every day (For instance, they call my cell around the same time each morning and afternoon, as well as my house phone at the same time each afternoon and evening). I'm not sure if anyone else has noticed these patterns, but like everyone else here, I am getting irritated very quickly. Everyone please beware!! March 15, 2016, 10:41 am This number calls me 3-4 times a week. They leave an automated message stating they must speak to me regarding a matter with my Citi credit card. April 12, 2016, 3:52 pm 41 min ago. I received some calls from 859 309 5126. I thought it was a scam. It is not, after spending all morning with Citi. The Rep I spoke with called the number and verified it to be real. Citi owns many credit type cards such as, Shell, BrandSource and many others. So even though you think you don't have a account with them you just might because they own the company. I didn't think I had an account with them but I do. It is BrandSource. November 20, 2016, 10:40 am I've had 52 calls from this number. All hours off the day and weekends. They have my name which is concerning, but I continue to hang up as I don't have a Citi bank card and do not have any outstanding accounts.
