June 8, 2016, 7:54 pm "Compliance Services" rep named Alex called, asked to speak with our person in charge of Quickbooks. My first question was - who do you represent - then he hung up. August 2, 2016, 12:46 pm I received a call from a lady regarding an update for our Quickbooks. I kept telling the lady our accountant handles everything for us. They were saying we would receive a call again to update. I kept telling her no. She was very rude and wouldn't listen. She then pressed some numbers on her end so it would beep loudly in my ear. When I asked if I could 3way them with QB's she kept saying there is no need that they are a 3rd party representative of QB and they want to save me money and give me a free upgrade. NO THANKS!
