July 31, 2014, 10:03 pm These people have been calling my relatives leaving messages and asking for my ss#. Well I called them back and they were nothing but a bunch of scammers, all they want is either your ss# and a credit card, they make ridiculous threats, telling me I was being served some papers for litigation, you can get your own credit report free once a year, look for yourself and see if your have a debt, but don%u2019t deal with these liars. Their tactics are illegal, they make threats like garnishment, jail, property seizure and so on without even telling you who your suppose to owe anything to. DO NOT give them your social, and DO NOT make payment arrangements. Tell them they must verify the debt, which they won%u2019t. Ron Cassidy and Joseph Gordino are 2 of the hordes of morons they employ. Use the info below to file a complaint with the Federal Trade commission. And the attorney general. You will need to provide the company name and phone numbers and whoever called you or threatened you. And last, don%u2019t be scared, that%u2019s what they are praying on. I have been reading all about them online, one story was where someones Mom had given them her CC# because she was scared, and someone from their company went on a shopping spree buying tickets online and so on in NY, charged 600 dollars on her card, nothing to do with a debt. And one last little bit of info: dial *67 before you call them, that makes it so they can%u2019t see your number either, just like they do to you. January 23, 2015, 1:28 am I am getting calls on this line for my wife for a debt from 9 years ago for a tv she purchased. We have not heard about this debt for 9 years so I find it highly unusual to be receiving requests for payment after all this time. They told me that if I chose to not arrnage payments for a reduced amount they would have to take my wife to court for the full debt which seems like a giant lie to me. No letters have come in the mail and I can only assume the statute of limitations has expired on this debt even though it was paid off. My wife's credit is 100% clean now and she's financially stable. Not cooperating until I see paper work which I suspect the threats for are hit air. February 15, 2015, 5:03 am Unprofessional debt collectors. I arranged payments with these people. They never bothered to take the money out of the account and then continue to make legal threats against me. I don't know what else to do except ignore them if they don't want to take the payments. July 27, 2016, 2:37 pm I got a call from them they call my brother place of business threaten him and his wife he would not give them any information on me so they call my employer and threaten me after i hung up on them they call my husband how they got his number we only be marriage 2 weeks and he agreed to pay them 200 a month to keep them form messing with my check or putting me in jail now I am trying to find how to stop them from take this money out of his checking account Caller Company: KMF Group Caller Type: Debt Collector |
