If they leave a message for you it will say how they have a serious personal issue to discuss and then leave a number for you to call them back at. This is typical debt collector behavior. July 29, 2016, 12:03 pm ebay was charging me $40 for an advertisement that I never ordered. I did post an ad to sell a car ONLY under the 'free' section. Now they have this collection agency harassing me with their calls. I tried ebay collection to explain and know why the charge but they won't respond.
