Microsoft Support scam. They get you to install a remote software. And this number does not use common remote software like AnyDesk, UltraViewer, or TeamViewer. Instead, they use a site called "help91.top" and once you run it, it's like a RAT (Remote Access Trojan) and then you run a program and then you get a blue screen saying "Software Updating, please do not turn off your computer". The scammer then controls your computer.
