January 31, 2017, 5:06 pm Serena called to let me know that a sheriff would be coming to my work to serve me with legal paperwork for a debt but if I gave her a credit card now and paid $800 they'd drop it. Called my work again the following week and asked to speak to HR who wasn't available. The person that answered the phone got the entire message she gave me, which is illegal to give personal information like that to anyone. I tried calling them back and it just rang and rang.
