May 27, 2016, 3:24 pm Very bothersome message. Came in very broken up and said to call 330-423-0403 to fix my IRS problem. Same threatening message as described above by others. I would have had a tinge more concern had they not "wished me luck as this unfolds". Why would they have any reason to wish me luck? May 27, 2016, 3:29 pm I have gotten this call a few times so far. I called my lawyer to ask him if he agreed it was a scam. He agrees it's a scam. May 27, 2016, 5:05 pm We'll I had a little bit of a different experience. I answered, knew exactly that it was a scam and I went with it. I eventually put it to a stop by scamming them back with false information and asked what the point of this was. I also asked if people actually fell for it... He then started to tell me he loved my voice and was calling me honey! It was insane! He asked if I was crazy and I said I might be... Then he told me he was in love! Ha poor guy. This was the first to actually leave a message: "I need you or your retained attorney of records to return the call. The issue at hand is extremely time sensitive......" Now if you don't return the call and I don't hear from your attorney either then the only thing I can do is wish you a good luck as the situation totally unfolds on you. Good bye." Yeah, I'm gonna go ahead and just disregard that. If anyone has a legal or debt claim against me, they're probably going to contact me by mail first and then if they want to sue they'll serve me with court papers. "As the situation totally unfolds on you" just sounds too threatening and ominous - and ridiculous. And wishing me "a good luck"? Nobody with a legitimate claim says that. When I was about ready to work out payment arrangements I said I just had one question: Why are every one of you aholes foreign. He said he would track down my family, kill my father and f my mother. June 2, 2016, 8:17 pm Got this message and to say the least, it was threatening in tone. Why can't someone do something about these type of criminals? This is the kind of thing that ruins our nation and the type of thing that would not have been tolerated years ago - when our nation was great and our politicians were actually respected and HONEST, with the good of the nation in mind! (not trying to make themselves rich and to hell with everything else, or becoming a celebrity - on talk shows, etc. Our legal system seems too complacent about these type of scams and until someone takes a stand and actually puts these criminals in prison, etc. - it will continue. I think - (jokingly of course), you didn't see stuff like this back when there were public hangings, etc.and the like! haha It's time for God-fearing, Christian, Honest and Caring Americans took back our country!
