May 18, 2016, 6:03 pm I've gotten calls from this number for several months. Here's what I don't understand: These people are obviously conducting illegal business. Why are they not in jail? Why are they still doing what they do? Aren't they in violation of some state or federal law? Why is no one doing anything about this?? Is phone fraud now acceptable and legal in this country?? May 23, 2016, 9:12 pm Man called with heavy accent/very difficult to understand. He spoke quickly and was frustrated when I made him repeat himself 3 times since I couldn't understand what he was saying. He then mentioned my computer needed support. Yep - scam artist. May 24, 2016, 9:29 pm I've been getting calls from these guys for months now. Sure, they don't call every week (in fact, they usually only called about every other month or so), but they are extremely annoying. They have an accent, which makes it hard to understand. One of the times, the person who answered told them outright that they have no right whatsoever to monitor our computer. Another pretty much demands they take us off their calling list. One time, they actually brought in their "supervisor". We established that we didn't trust them, and the "supervisor" asked why. This is despite coming out of the blue, making up bogus statements, and acting like we;re supposed to listen to everything they say. Dumbasses. June 2, 2016, 2:39 pm I get this call daily but upon a reverse lookup it shows the call from Culloden WV and name is Kathi Brown. My number is on the DNC list but that doesn't help. Reporting doesn't either. I hope I am home to answer it next time cause those fools are going to get it. June 8, 2016, 12:04 pm they have called every week day for the past week. Each time it's like the first time we have talked. Gives me a lot of opportunity to try new material. Today, before he could say a word, I picked up and said "Hello, I have a virus". He stammered and said "umm....it's not a virus...uh...your computer is putting out signals that -" (cut him off) "It IS a virus! Thank goodness you called! I'm in a rush though, so can I just give you remote access to my computer, or do we need to go through all the stuff about 'please tell me what is on your screen' first? I only answered the first time I got the call, and it was someone with an Indian accent telling me I was having problems with my PC. I told the man that I didn't have a PC, I had a MAC, and he was like no ma'am you have a PC, let me help you fix it." I just laughed and hung up. July 1, 2016, 3:36 pm Same scam. Over a year later and they are still at it. They must be catching a few very dumb people. I kept them on the phone for 35 minutes just to piss them off. I am banking on Trump to send in a special forces team to take them out or a least hit them with a drone strike. Take out the whole building where their sweat shop is set up at.
